Jason Parsons

Jason Parsons' work explores a sense of place whilst observing the man-made landscape and it's flux throughout time. His influences include that of Simon Robert's and Mark Power among others.

Parsons is a graduate of BA Applied Media at Truro College, project from his studies titled National Parks explores the landscapes from a fine art perspective whilst also observing the growing influence of man within these areas. He has a great interest in the national identity of the English landscape.

Parsons then taught A - Level Photography at Truro College.

Jason Parsons previously worked on the Coral Communities project alongside Dominica Williamson which aims to improve the resilience of communities and coral reefs to changes anticipated as a result of climate change.

As well as landscape work, Jason Parsons is personally interested in portrait photography and promoting natural beauty.
